The property has a private 40,000 gallon infinity pool with great city and mountain views and ranges from three to six feet deep. There are deck chairs and patio loungers at both ends of the pool, and the water is circulated through a dual waterfall that spills into a lagoon.
For your comfort and enjoyment, there are a variety of pool toys and floaties stored next to the pool, as well as a generous supply of beach towels in the laundry room. There is a high-efficiency pool heater for year-round comfort available for an additional charge (the cost to heat the pool will vary based on the outside temperature, time of year and desired water temperature).
And, because I can, I included a picture of my 27-year-old, 6'5", 230lb son floating on a pink unicorn floaty that a guest left after his visit.
