All of the latest Smart Home technology has been incorporated throughout the house, including:

At least one Amazon Echo device in each room and common area (there are 3 in the Master Bedroom), including the patio outside. You can make announcements, check on the weather, give yourself reminders, turn music off automatically after 1 hour when you go to sleep, and stream Amazon Music from anywhere (up to eight simultaneous independent streams).

All outside lighting and key indoor lights are automatically controlled by the master program, as are the thermostats, irrigation systems, etc. You can, of course, manually override any of these settings.

You can turn lights on and off, set thermostats, control all water features, etc. through voice commands.

Motion sensor lights are located in areas like the garage, powder rooms, near the hot tub, and other appropriate places.
