After I completed the first draft of this website, I realized that I completely forgot to add a "Golf" section in the Things To Do. There was a disturbance in The Force, promptly followed by all of my buddies calling to disavow me. I'm sorry, OK? And if you ever need a fourth (especially if you are buying), let me know! I've been known to swing the ol' bones pretty good...

Ventana Canyon Golf Club $$$$

Canyon/Hill at La Paloma $$$$
La Paloma is another of the premier resort courses in Tucson. Impeccably maintained and very challenging, it's probably on your golf bucket list already.

49ers Country Club $$
You can play golf in Tucson without having to sell a kidney, and 49ers Country Club has gone a long way in restoring a beautiful course at the foot of the Rincon Mountain Range.

Starr Pass Golf Club $$$
A Marriott property, it is a resort course that is sometimes affordable if you know where to look and when to play.

Arizona National $$$
Very scenic and challenging, the course is very well maintained and is one of the better values in Tucson.

Quail Creek $$$
Way the heck out there in Green Valley, it is contained within the Robson retirement community. Affordable, well-maintained and middle-of-the road challenging.

El Conquistador $$$
Another resort course in Tucson, also home of a Seniors Tour event. Very well maintained and can be surprisingly affordable.

Omni Tucson $$$$
It's worth it to play here just to hang out at the hotel afterwards!!! Truly spectacular in every way, it has multiple courses, each as beautiful as the other.

Randolph Dell Urich Golf Course $$
Randolph is the local municipal golf course and you will get exactly what you expect...nothing fancy, reasonable price, good upkeep, and you play with the locals!!!

Sewailo Golf Course $$$
There is lots of bang for your golf buck at Casino Del Sol's golf course. Well maintained, fairly challenging, and 7400 yards from the tips. Better eat your Wheaties!

Dorado Country Club $$
This is an executive course very close to the property. While this will not be your signature golf experience while in Tucson, it can be a nice, inexpensive warm-up round or just a nice place to play with your kids.
